Monthly payments are based on individual financial circumstances
Anyone can get into debt. But sometimes, it takes a bit of help to get out of it. That’s what we’re here for. And here are some of the people we’ve helped.
“There’s light at the end of the tunnel now, and will I go back into that situation? No way, because I’ve learned more about money management, how to spend money, how to save money, and make sure all the bills each month are all paid.”
– Raemond
Don’t just take our word for it, here’s what our clients have to say
We’ll be able to explain everything more fully on the call, but for now, here are some of the most common questions our customers have when they first get in touch.
Any information or advice you receive on your call is completely free. If you are eligible for help with your debts, the fee for the insolvency practitioners’ work will be included in your monthly payment amount. We don’t take any payments upfront.
We’ll ask you about your income and outgoings, and your creditors (the people and companies you owe money to) so we can put you on the right path to getting help. We’ll also do a soft credit search to understand the full picture – but this won’t have a negative impact on your credit file or be visible to other companies.
That’s okay – we understand that if you have a few creditors or you’ve been dealing with debt for a while, it can be hard to keep track. We can help by phoning your creditors or giving you guidance on how you can find out the information yourself.
We understand that some people may feel daunted at the prospect of talking about their debt. Seeking help with your debt is a huge step in the right direction, and after they’ve made the call, many of our customers tell us a huge weight has been lifted. We’re here to listen and help – without judgment.
