Ebenegate to take over Carrington Dean arrangement communications

Your arrangement will now be managed by our managed services branch Ebenegate.

You may have already spoken to a member of the Ebenegate team in the past, however, to help you understand what’s changing we’ve shared a list of commonly asked questions below.

It’s understandable if you feel a little nervous about this slight change but rest assured you can still expect high quality customer service for the duration of your arrangement.

Who is Ebenegate?

Ebenegate is a global managed service company that will help manage Trust Deeds or Debt Arrangement Schemes (DAS) on behalf of Carrington Dean.

The team will take over the management of your arrangement and will be by your side every step of the way during the length of your arrangement.

What does this mean for my arrangement?

Your arrangement will continue as you expect it to.

The only thing that will change is that communications will come from Ebenegate going forward.

You can still expect the same level of service.

Does this mean Ebenegate provides my arrangement?

No. Carrington Dean will remain as your Trust Deed or DAS provider. Ebenegate will only manage all communications about your arrangement going forward, not take it over.

It’s important to be aware that Carrington Dean will remain as your solution provider.

Will my payments change?

There will be no change to your payments. The same amount will be taken on the same date as originally agreed. These payments will show on your bank statements as Carrington Dean.

Can I still use the Carrington Dean app?

Yes, you can continue to use the Carrington Dean app to stay on top of your arrangement.

You can use the app to update your contact details, payment contributions, payment dates and more.

What if I need to speak to someone?
