Frequently Asked Questions
We’ve tried to answer some of the most common queries we receive from our customers. If you still have questions, feel free to ask when one of our advisers gets in touch.
All the information and tips you get from our call are entirely free – we will never charge you for an initial conversation. If you’re eligible for help with your debts, then the fee for your debt solution and the work of the insolvency practitioners will be included in your monthly sum. In other words, we don’t take payment until you have used our services.
We’ll ask about your earnings and expenditure, and we’ll need to know who your creditors are and how many creditors you owe money. This allows us to direct you to the best debt repayment plan for you. We’ll also conduct a soft credit search to get a better picture of your financial circumstances – don’t worry, this won’t hurt your credit score or be visible on your credit report.
We understand that it can be difficult to stay organised and on top of your finances when you’re dealing with unaffordable debt, especially if you owe money to multiple creditors. Don’t worry if you don’t have all the information in front of you during the first call. We can assist by phoning your creditors or giving you advice on how you can find the information we need.
We take the time to hear you out and understand your circumstances. We have a wide range of debt options available to you, and our experienced debt specialists will only ever suggest a debt solution if it fits in with your immediate circumstances and can improve your financial situation in the long-term.
We know that it can be scary to talk about your debt, but seeking help is the first major hurdle to overcome on your road to a better future. It’s understandable if you feel nervous before the first consultation call but our team is friendly, professional, and not there to judge. They’re here to make sure you get the help you deserve.
